For orders that you wish to collect on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, we ask that you place your order at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the desired pick-up date. This allows us ample time to prepare your items to our exacting standards. For orders scheduled for collection on Tuesdays through Fridays, please place your order at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. This ensures that we can manage our kitchen workflow efficiently and maintain the quality you expect from Caffe Villagio®.

You may also place your order via WhatsApp by clicking on the icon on our website or you may place your order via email: catering@villagio.co.za. Online orders open one month in advance.
All orders must be collected from our convenient location in Sable Square, Milnerton. Our café is easily accessible, making it simple for you to pick up your freshly prepared meals. When you place an order, you'll select a specific time slot for collection. Please ensure that you collect your order within a 30-minute window from this selected time. This helps us maintain our service efficiency and ensures that your food is served fresh and at its best.
Please note that while we have established these minimum advance ordering times, there are occasions when certain dates may become unavailable due to high demand. During busy periods, such as holidays and weekends, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your desired date and time. This helps us manage our capacity and ensures that we can accommodate all of our customers' needs.
For those with larger orders or who require full catering services, either at our venue or at your chosen location, we ask that you contact us well in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that all your needs are met. Please be aware that all catering services are subject to availability, and some ingredients may be subject to seasonal variations. This ensures that we provide the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all our dishes.
