Click on the product of choice, select the size where applicable, add to cart, select date and time of collection, check out and pay. You may also place your order via WhatsApp by clicking on the icon on our website or you may place your order via email: catering@villagio.co.za. Platter orders open one month in advance.
To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service and quality, please note that orders need to be placed well in advance. For orders intended for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, we require that you place your order at least 72 hours (3 days) before the desired collection date. For orders scheduled for Tuesdays through Fridays, please place your order at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. This advance notice allows us to prepare your items with the utmost care and attention.
All orders are to be collected from Caffe Villagio®, conveniently located in Sable Square, Milnerton. Our central location makes it easy for you to pick up your freshly prepared meals and enjoy them at your convenience.
Please be aware that while we have established these minimum advance ordering times, there are occasions when certain dates may become unavailable due to high order volumes. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially during peak times such as holidays and weekends.
When you arrive to collect your order, it is important to adhere to the 30-minute window from the selected time slot. This ensures that your food is at its freshest and our service remains efficient for all customers. For those with larger orders or who require full catering services, whether at our venue or at an external location, we ask that you contact us well in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that all your needs are met. Please note that all catering services are subject to availability, and some ingredients may be subject to seasonal availability.
