To ensure that we provide you with the freshest and most delicious cheesecakes, please take note of our advance ordering requirements. For orders that you wish to collect on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, we kindly ask that you place your order at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This advance notice allows us ample time to prepare your cheesecakes to our exacting standards. For orders scheduled for collection on Tuesdays through Fridays, please place your order at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the desired pick-up date. This ensures we can manage our kitchen workflow effectively and maintain the quality you expect from Caffe Villagio®.
Click on the product of choice, select the size where applicable, add to cart, select date and time of collection, check out and pay. You may also place your order via WhatsApp by clicking on the icon on our website or you may place your order via email: catering@villagio.co.za. Orders open one month in advance.
All orders from our Cheesecake Shop must be collected from our convenient location in Sable Square, Milnerton. Our café is easily accessible, making it simple for you to pick up your freshly prepared cheesecakes. When placing an order, you will select a specific time slot for collection. Please ensure that you collect your order within a 30-minute window from this selected time. This helps us maintain our service efficiency and ensures that your cheesecakes are served fresh and at their best.
Please be aware that while we have set these minimum advance ordering times, there are occasions when certain dates may become unavailable due to high order volumes. During busy periods, such as holidays and weekends, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your desired date and time. This helps us manage our capacity and ensures that we can accommodate all of our customers' needs.
For those with larger orders or who require full catering services, whether at our venue or at your chosen location, we ask that you contact us well in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that all your needs are met. Please note that all catering services are subject to availability, and some ingredients may be subject to seasonal variations. This ensures that we provide the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all our cheesecakes.
