How to order:

Online orders (preferred ordering method): www.villagio.co.za
Select the item you want to order, add to cart, select date and time slot for collection
and pay upon check out. You will receive a notification and an email when you order 
has been successfully placed. We will receive your order and will process accordingly.

You may also email or WhatsApp your order and we will invoice you directly.

NO WALK IN ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE RESTAURANT.

MINIMUM LEAD TIMES FOR ORDERS:
Orders for Mondays need to be placed by the previous Thursday by 12pm.
Orders for Tuesdays need be placed by the previous Friday by 12pm.
Orders for Wednesdays need to be placed by the previous Monday by 12pm.
Orders for Thursdays & Fridays need be placed by the previous Tuesday by 12pm.
Orders for Saturdays & Sundays need be placed by the previous Wednesday by 12pm

Orders need to be collected from Caffe Villagio in Sable Square, Milnerton at 
the nominated time slot. 
For large orders, functions bookings at our restaurant or harvest table 
set ups at your venue, please contact us as early as possible. 

SOME INGREDIENTS MAY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY DUE TO 
SEASON. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND PRICING AND MENU 
ITEMS WITH NO ADVANCE NOTICE.

HOW TO PAY:
Online orders made via our website are paid online immediately at check out.
Platter orders placed via WhatsApp or email need to be paid in full at least 48 hours before catering date.
An invoice is issued with our banking details.
Payment may be made via EFT or credit card payment link (we will email the link to you). 
Proof of payment must be emailed to catering@villagio.co.za
